Tuition & Pricing

Weekly Rates & Policies

Below are the transparent weekly rates and policies for Tree House Academy of Tolland programs, effective for all enrollments.

Ages 6 weeks - 2 years

Infants, Toddlers & Twos

$365/week

Full-Time Care

  • Part-Time Rate: $88 / day
  • Minimum Days: 2 Days Min.
Ages 3 - 5 years

Preschool & Pre-K

$290/week

Full-Time Care

  • Part-Time Rate: $66 / day
  • Minimum Days: 2 Days Min.
Ages 5 - 10 years

School-Age Care

Birch Grove Primary School Only
  • Before School: $60/wk or $14/day
  • After School: $120/wk or $28/day
  • Before & After: $145/wk or $32/day
  • School Vacation: $200/wk or $50/day

*Rates apply during school sessions. Additional charges apply for no school days.

Registration Fee

A $75.00 non-refundable registration fee is due upon registration to secure your child's spot.

10%
Sibling Discount

We offer a 10% discount off the higher priced tuition for families with multiple children enrolled full-time.

Center Policies

  • Tuition Due: Payments are due weekly on Monday. A late fee of $5 per day will be added after Tuesday. If tuition remains unpaid for 2 weeks, child care may be withdrawn.
  • No Adjustments: There is no tuition adjustment for illness, family vacations, scheduled holidays, or weather closings. Tuition holds your spot.
  • Part-Time Schedules: Part-time days may not be switched without the director's approval.
  • Late Pick-Up Fee: Tree House Academy closes at 6:00 PM. A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute will apply after 6:00 PM.
School-Age No-School & Half-Day Supplementary Rates:

When public school is not in session (but the center is open), the following daily rates are added to your weekly tuition:
• Before School only: Add $25/day (in addition to weekly $60 rate) | • After School only: Add $17/day (in addition to weekly $120 rate)
• Before & After: Add $12/day (in addition to weekly $145 rate) | • Half-Days: Add $8/day (in addition to your weekly rate)

Required Paperwork

New enrollments must return the following forms before child's admission:

  • Child enrollment & medical care form (covers safe sleep, permissions, sunscreen)
  • Early Childhood Health Assessment Form (due at enrollment & every year after)
  • Proof of flu vaccine (due by December 31st annually)
  • Family Handbook Parent Agreement
  • Infant Feeding Schedule (if applicable)
  • Probationary Period Form
  • Permission to Treat Form
  • Topical Lotion Form (for diaper cream - if applicable)
  • Individual Care Plan (ICP) (for allergies, food sensitivities, glasses, casts, etc.)
